REGISTRATION DETAILS
Grades: Pre-K through 8th grade.
When: 2024/2025 School Year: Sundays from September 8, 2024, through May 18, 2025 (see calendar on The Church of the Nativity website for holiday's)
Time: 8:50 AM to 10:10 AM
Registration fees ($130 for 1st child, 20% off or $104 for each additional child.)
One child: $130
Two children: $234
Three children: $338
Four children: $442
Five or more: $546

*First Communion: Additional fee $95
The Sacraments (Reconciliation and First Holy Communion) are a two-year program. Add this fee if:
- Your child has completed 1st and being enrolled in 2nd grade FFF or
- If your child is in 3rd to 8th grade, completed Faith Formation last year or attended a full year of Catholic School last year and will be receiving the Sacraments. *These students need to also sign up for Sacrament Prep class in addition to their regular Faith Formation Grade class. See below.
*What is Sacramental Prep?
- A class that prepares a child to receive Reconciliation and First Communion and
- Is in 3rd grade to through 8th grade and
- Must have completed one complete previous year in Faith Formation or a Catholic School and
- Must be registered for at least the second consecutive year in Faith Formation.
When: Certain Sundays from December to May, during and after regular Faith Formation Grade class, 30 to 45 minutes (exact time will be advised, estimated to end at 10:25 AM)
*Families must be registered members of the Church of the Nativity before their children can receive Sacraments. Please check on the form if you need a registration form.
*Payment
You may pay with CREDIT CARD through FAITH DIRECT, the Link is attached in this form, or you may pay by Check. Checks should be made payable to Church of the Nativity and can be turned in as follows:
Drop off to the Church of the Nativity Parish office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
